Book an hour with your instructor to have coffee, maybe breakout a notebook and talk about how you can continue to build your practice. Ask lots of questions, get recommendations for further learning and make a plan!

Jess is inspired by sharing the practice of yoga and helping her clients return to balance body, mind, and soul.
She is committed to holding space for others to pursue their holistic wellness goals and personal growth. Jess attended Lakshmi Rising School for Yoga and Wellness where received a 200-hr teaching certificate as well as cultivate an awareness-based practice that includes fluid dynamic movement, breathwork, meditation, wellness, self-care and ritual for health and awakening. Her style of teaching is approachable for practitioners at any level and is designed to be gentle and promote healing.
