EMMIE"As someone who has anxiety about having anxiety and struggles with PTSD and depression, floating has been transformational in my journey to find relief and calm in my often chaotic life as a business owner and mother to two rambunctious boys. Floating allows me to truly unplug from my day to day and use the 90 minutes to meditate and get in the zone. Combined with CBD therapy, floating has truly changed my ability to deal with stress, anxiety, and better manage both in everyday life. I would highly recommend float therapy for anyone struggling with anxiety and depression"

JR"Floating has many benefits when it comes to running, both physical and mental. Going on a run after a hour float is one of my favorite things to do. I am relaxed and I have no distractions. I immediately get in the flow of running. Not only does it help mentally but physically too. My body is always beat up after a race. After putting it all out on the course, my legs are stiff, my knees ache and my hips are tight. Being able to float and rest my body has helped me recover from those runs. After a float I'm walking normal and the stress on my body feels like it's gone. I've noticed I'm able to run the day after a float without pain."

RANDY"Floating helps me reduce stress that can increase my rheumatoid arthritis flare ups. The pain from this often lands me in bed, depression soon follows, and I am unable to physically paint let alone contribute. Floating helps me become more mindful and centered so I can lower this frequency, increasing my ability to be an active father, husband, and artist."
