About (re)Boot Camp
(re)Boot Camp is a 6-week course designed to give Veterans the tools to manage stress and reach their potential in life after Service. The course combines float therapy, meditation and classes with a high-level Psychologist specializing in PTSD.
12PARTICIPANTS12 Veterans will be selected to participate in each class.

(re)Boot Camp Components
The course couples float therapy, meditation and instruction to give the participants a holistic suite of tools to effectively and naturally treat the symptoms they face.
FLOAT THERAPYVeterans will use float therapy to manage anxiety, depression, pain and PTSD symptoms naturally.

MEDITATIONVeterans will learn how to start a daily meditation practice to manage stress symptoms.

BRUCE AMMONS, Ph.D.Veterans will attend classes with Bruce, learn about PTSD and how to manage symptoms effectively.

The course will teach participants how to identify and treat stress in everyday life, opening space for continued improvement and personal growth.
STRESS MANAGEMENTVeterans will see immediate reduction in stress symptoms reestablishing mind-body connection.
